  WIPO Case No. D2026-1481 — June 4, 2026

  The panel found the complaint was brought in bad faith, noting the complainant’s lack of candour about its use of the mark and that “gressus” is a common Latin word.

• AlbaOil.com — complaint denied, Reverse Domain Name Hijacking found

  WIPO Case No. D2025-1961 — August 1, 2025

  WIPO Case No. DCO2024-0068 — December 9, 2024

  A three-member panel found no bad-faith registration: “thy” is an archaic dictionary word.

  Complaint by a French public agency denied.
